Ideas are often born in the strangest of circumstances. As my husband can attest, I’ve had many business ideas come and go over the years. A couple succeeded, a couple have fallen flat. But when Covid-19 came and shook humanity awake, shifts and changes on all levels were palpable.
Historically, I turn to baking for stress relief; suffice it to say I went through about 40 pounds of flour—maybe more—in the first 6 weeks of quarantine! I became obsessed with learning the science of baking bread, and after giving away dozens of loaves and rolls and bagels and more, BreadLove was born.
